Our story
Small, nimble, and comfortable with complexity.
Rinth Labs was founded by Ben Nyx, a developer and inventor whose work spans hardware, firmware, software, 3D content, and interactive storytelling. More than 15 years of building technology for museums, hospitals, and creative agencies meant projects rarely fit one discipline, and they always had to work in the real world.
That work includes exhibits for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Science, Boston, seen by millions of visitors, an immersive treatment room at Golisano Children's Hospital, and products for companies like BrightSign, LAND Moto, and Galvanix.
Today Rinth Labs is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and works with teams across the country. We turn big ideas into real products, from custom hardware and software to connected devices and interactive systems. Whether we're prototyping something new or helping a client through a messy technical challenge, the approach is the same: curious, collaborative, and rooted in first principles.
The throughline in our work isn't a specific technology. It's a commitment to purposeful design and work that holds up in the real world.
